Transfer and Refund Dates
For the 2019-2020 academic year, Authorized financial aid that is ready for transfer* will be transferred to student billing accounts on the following dates:
- Authorized financial aid that is ready for transfer will appear in the student's myWilmU Student Billing and financial aid portal within the applicable term.
- No financial aid funds will be refunded prior to the first refund dates listed above.
- Credit balance refunds may be issued up to 14 days after financial aid funds are disbursed to student billing accounts.
If you have further questions, please contact the University Information Center, a Site Associate at your site or the Financial Aid Office.
*Financial Aid that is ready for transfer are awards that you have been awarded and have accepted via myWilmU. You must also be enrolled at least 1/2 time in courses in your degree program (6 credits for undergraduates or 5 credits for graduate students), must have recorded attendance for initial class(es), and MPN and Entrance Counseling must be received by the financial aid office from www.studentloans.gov to disburse federal Stafford loans.
