Earn College Credit Through Your Career Pathway
Wilmington University accepts Career Pathway credits so Delaware high school students can save time and tuition while earning their bachelor’s or associate degree.
Career-oriented Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and courses are available at select Delaware high schools. Students who complete a CTE program can earn up to 18 articulated credits* and are guaranteed admission to the majority of WilmU’s undergraduate degree programs.
As a WilmU student, any Articulated Credits will appear on your academic record as Credit for Prior Learning (CPL). These credits can help you earn your WilmU degree. However, it is important to know that CPL credits are unlikely to transfer to other schools.

*Please note that Articulated Credits are different from Dual Enrollment credits. Credits earned through a CTE career pathway are recognized as Articulated Credit, and as a result only transfer to the partnering college/university.
Students from a Delaware Pathway or Articulated Credit agreement must be admitted and enrolled at Wilmington University to receive college credit, and need to provide an official high school transcript with a minimum of 80% or letter grade of B in the applicable course(s).
