Biography

Dr. Mary Pat Braudis is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Organizational Leadership Program, the Applied Business Program, WilmU/New Jersey programs and the concentrations in Health Care Administration, Nonprofit Management, and Construction Management. Dr. Braudis teaches a variety of leadership and management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

 Prior to this, she worked as a Program Director for Stockton University. She has adjunct experience at Wilmington University, Stockton University in New Jersey, Arkansas State University, Stetson University in Florida, Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania, and Oglala Lakota College in South Dakota.

Previously she worked for 15 years in healthcare administration with her last 5 years as an Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator with Presbyterian SeniorCare in Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. Braudis earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University. Her doctoral research was titled “Transitioning from School to Work for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders: Approaches to Obtaining and Maintaining Competitive Employment”.

In addition to her DBA, she also holds an MBA from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clarion State College, Clarion, PA.

Dr. Braudis serves as Board Chair of Career Opportunities Development, Inc. (CODI), in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey. CODI is a nonprofit organization serving the disabled community in the areas of housing and employment.
