Wilmington University's Pre-RN Option is aimed exclusively at eligible second-level associate degree nursing students who may be waiting for clinical placement at their home institutions, or who wish to earn credits toward a WilmU BSN on a part-time basis while completing their nursing associate degree at their home institution.

This Pre-RN pathway provides the rigor of a leading nursing degree program combined with the flexibility to balance education with your personal, professional, and other educational commitments. Wilmington University's College of Health Professions faculty have real-world experience and understand the challenges facing today's health care professionals. They lead CCNE-accredited nursing degree programs that will prepare you for leadership positions in nursing and health care.

The Pre-RN option includes specific upper division courses and health (HLT) electives that include high profile contemporary topics.

Elective courses in this Pre-RN program can later be applied to both a WilmU bachelor's degree and a related Dual-Credit Certificate®—at no extra tuition cost. Learn more about WilmU's Dual-Credit ADVANTAGE™.
