Wednesday, June 24, 2026
6:00 p.m. ET  new time!

Join the WilmU Book Club for an online discussion of "The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny and Murder", by David Grann. From the author of Killers of the Flower Moon, this gripping historical narrative recounts the true story of a British naval shipwreck in the 18th century that led to chaos, survival struggles, and accusations of mutiny and murder. This month’s discussion will dive into leadership under crisis, survival ethics, and how history shapes the stories we tell.
