Wilmington University’s undergraduate game design degree program combines the skills of interactive design, video production, graphic design, 3D modeling, and programming to give you the expertise to create video games for major platforms, consoles, mobile devices, and simulations.
Wilmington University’s game design and development degree is one of the only four-year, accredited, video game designer degree programs in the region. Students enjoy the flexibility of day, evening or weekend classes in either 15-week semesters or 7-week blocks, as well as WilmU’s surprisingly affordable tuition.
The Game Design and Development degree program prepares you with the "Gaming Skill Set" that balances the programming courses and design courses needed to understand the pipeline of product creation, as well as an understanding of video and audio techniques, design interfaces and user experiences. On the back end, you’ll learn about project management and how to market your finished product.
