The minor in literature provides students the opportunity to develop their skills in textual analysis and communication as they increase their cultural literacy by reading literature from a range of cultures, times, and voices. The literature minor is aimed at future classroom practitioners but is also for people who enjoy the thoughtful examination of ideas and society that literature offers.
