Biography

Dr. Zdrojewski was a teacher and administrator for 29 years in the Red Clay Consolidated School District. Dr. Zdrojewski taught for 24 years (grades 1, 2 ,4, 5 and 7) before becoming an administrator in the Human Resources department. In her role as an HR administrator, she coordinated the district’s mentoring program and clinical placements and served as the district director for the AVID program. 

As a teacher, Dr. Zdrojewski was one of the first mentor teachers for Wilmington University’s Year-Long Residency program. 

Dr. Zdrojewski also served as a member of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Teacher Advisory Council.
