The Teacher Leader track is the only program of its kind in the region and supports the role of advanced practitioner in the K-12 classroom. The School Leader track inspires candidates to problem-solve and enrich interactions among faculty and leadership on the school level. The District Leader track studies impactful change across the K-12 spectrum.
Busy educators can’t always set aside years at a time for advanced study. WilmU’s flexible Ed.D. in Educational Leadership program uses skillfully designed curricula, a hybrid online/face-to-face schedule and accelerated learning options to provide doctoral study with no career disruption.
You will address a real issue in education leadership through a practice-based action research project, with guidance from faculty who are engaged, subject matter experts. The cohort model used in this Ed.D. degree program fosters collaboration with fellow candidates who will form a regional network of education leaders you can call upon during your career.
