Key Training Opportunities for Faculty

New Faculty Orientation (NFO)

All new faculty are required to complete the NFO prior to assignment of their first class. This essential training introduces key aspects of teaching at WilmU, including effective use of Canvas and other educational technology tools.

Pathways to Instructional Excellence (PIE)

Pathways to Instructional Excellence (PIE) is a competency-based program that supports WilmU instructors in developing and refining their teaching skills, equipping them to deliver effective and engaging instruction.
