Administrative & Legal Affairs
The Office of Administrative and Legal Affairs is responsible for the management, coordination and oversight of all legal affairs for the University. The office provides legal advice to the President and counsel to the university community on a broad range of legal issues that arise in the operation of the University. The office is responsible for hiring and managing outside counsel to represent the University.
Our goal is to provide legal services that protect, promote and support the University's Mission and Values. We are available at all times and encourage the University Community to contact us with any legal or compliance issues relating to University business.
Should you receive any legal document or notice relating to University business (such as a subpoena, a complaint, a hearing notice or any document or notice relating to a legal proceeding), please forward the document to our office immediately.
